Dupa cele 24 de ore, se scurge apa si se lasa 2 zile pana incolteste. Amidonul absoarbe surplusul de apa si va da consistenta sosului.&lt;br /&gt;    - Se pune ulei intr-o tigaie adanca (cateva linguri, doar cat este necesar pentru a cali putin puiul) si se adauga puiul.&lt;br /&gt;    - Se toaca ceapa verde marunt si se adauga peste pui cand acesta devine auriu.&lt;br /&gt;    - Se mai lasa 3-4 minute si se adauga restul de ingrediente: putin vin, sos de soia (aveti grija sa nu puneti sare deoarece sosul de soia este deja sarat), mugurii de soia, ghimbir (nu puneti mult pentru ca este iute si foarte aromat) si putina apa (100 ml)&lt;br /&gt;   - Se mai lasa pe foc cateva minute pana cand puiul este bine patruns.&lt;br /&gt;3. Orezul (care este deja fiert) se pune pe o farfurie in centru. Pentru un aspect placut puteti sa folositi un castronel, il umpleti cu orez, apoi il desertati cu gura in jos pe farfurie.&lt;br /&gt;4. In jurul orezului puneti sosul.&lt;br /&gt;5 Taiati fructul de mango in fasii si decorati platoul&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Este o reteta delicioasa si sanatoasa.
